SportsCapPro’s 4 STAR ELITE selection sailed home as the Washington Huskies (+3.5) once again won straight up as an UNDERDOG! Michael Penix threw all over the field as Texas defenders wandered around aimlessly. The stellar QB completed 29 passes for 430 yards and looked like a sure fire first round draft pick. Receivers Rome Odunze (6-125) and Ja’Lynn Polk (5-122) had monster games on the receiving end of Penix’s bullets while the much maligned Husky defense did just enough to keep Quinn Ewers and the very good Longhorn offense at bay. 4 STAR Elite plays are rare as this was only the 3rd of the entire bowl season following Notre Dame (-6) and Georgia (-23).
