It did not look promising at the half, but a 95 point second half got us to the Winning Circle as the Maryland Terrapins trounced the visiting USC Trojans 88-71. The Terps placed all 5 starters in double figures led by Rodney Rice pouring in 22 and Ja’Kobe Gillespie adding 20. This is the 4th straight win for Maryland who now looks to be a major player in the upcoming Big Ten tourney.
