It was a “kiss your sister” Friday for SCP as we split our 6 selections 3-3 with our 2* STRONG Alabama release coming through in a rout of the KY Wildcats. We found the Friday card to be very tough as we could not find a single play rated at the 3* or 4* level. When that happens you must be careful not to force it so we just put out the selections as our ratings dictated and lived to fight another day. We had two 1* Winners as St John’s continued their excellent season by steamrolling Marquette and Mt St Mary’s stayed hot with a narrow victory over Merrimack as a big dog. Two of our three losers were just bad calls, as St Louis and BYU were never in the hunt, while the 3rd loss had Texas coming up just short of the cover versus Tennessee. Overall we did add 1 Unit bringing our rolling 19 day record to 53-27 for PLUS 81 UNITS. We will take the small win and move on to a loaded Saturday card.
