On the bright side, it was nice to get our Worst Handicap of the MLB Season out of the way as our 2* STRONG call on the sleepwalking Boston Red Sox got pummeled 11-1. Apparently that 4 game set against the Blue jays took more out of them than we thought as the Red Sox committed 5 ERRORS that led to 6 UNEARNED RUNS. Some of the blame also goes to Boston manager Alex Cora. It was obvious early that starter Sean Newcomb had nothing but, inexplicably, he left him out there to get pounded. We Won a 2* STRONG play on the Bucks as they stayed hot and won outright as a 5.5 point dog versus Memphis. In a correlated selection, we also Won a 1* SOLID play on Giannis to score more than 28.5 points as he dropped in 32 in the win. We also Lost a 2* STRONG NBA Player Prop as Michael Porter Jr was basically used as a decoy (only 8 shot attempts) and rebounder (12) in Denver’s 117-109 win over Memphis. Porter Jr had scored at least 20 points in 4 of his last 5 games coming in. Losing 2.2 Units brings our rolling 46 day record to 80-60 for PLUS 75.4 UNITS.

2* STRONG – (NBA) Milwaukee +5.5: This is an important matchup in the NBA Eastern Conference as the Milwaukee Bucks (46-34) visit the Detroit Pistons (44-36) with an opportunity to Lock In the 5th Seed. This is a battle between two teams heading in opposite directions as the Bucks have Won 6 Straight going 5-1 ATS, while the Pistons are just 2-4 straight up and ATS in their last 6. Milwaukee is finally hitting their stride at just the right time while Detroit has appeared disjointed lately; particularly on Offense. The teams have met twice this season with the Bucks winning both. This looks like a tightly contested game all the way that may be decided at the buzzer. With the Bucks coming in red hot, and having the best player on the floor in Giannis, and needing the game to lock in the 5th seed, getting a 5.5 point head start is just too good to pass up.
