3-4-25 SCP 3-0 Monday as 4* McNEESE CRUSHES SF Austin! (PLUS 9 UNITS)

When you’re on a HEATER the bounces just seem to go your way and the “Gambling Gods” were on our side Monday. But we did not need any help with our 4* Release on McNeese St as they brought the hammer down on outclassed SF Austin 95-64 as a 12 point favorite. The help came with our 3* Release on SC St -9.5. The Cowboys led by 16 with 8:03 remaining but stumbled down the stretch allowing the Howard Bison to cut the lead to 4 at the 2:04 mark. We’re dead right? Well not so fast my friends. With 3 seconds on the clock, and the Cowboys up just 8, we get the “miracle bailout foul” sending Jayden Johnson to the line for 2 meaningless free throws…..well not meaningless to everyone 🙂 Johnson coolly sinks them both for the half point cover….HALLELUJAH! Our 2* on Duke OVER 44 was just plain crazy. Five minutes into the game the score was tied 2-2. Yep, the high powered Dukies had 2 points while playing in their cozy Cameron Indoor environs. We’re dead right? Well not so fast my friends. The Blue Devils started bombing to get us within earshot at the half. In the 2nd half it was “lambs to the slaughter” with the Duke scrubs bringing it home late 93-60. Well OK then….another 9 Units to the good. I mentioned HEATER. In the last 8 days SportsCapPro is a RED HOT 25-8 for PLUS 51 UNITS! We will enjoy the ride and hope to keep it going on Tuesday.

4* ELITE – McNeese St -12 (95-64) WIN

3* VERY STRONG – Duke OVER 144 (93-60) WIN

2* STRONG – S. Carolina St -9.5 (79-69) WIN

WRITEUP: 3-3-25: 4* ELITE – McNeese St -12: Tonight we have a Southland Conference matchup with powerhouse, and league leader, McNeese St (18-1) visiting middling SF Austin (7-12) in what appears to be a sizable mismatch and the BEST BET on the Monday card. Under normal circumstances we would be concerned with the Cowboys level of interest here but, considering they have lost 14 in a row versus SF Austin when the visitor, we see McNeese making a statement in front of a national audience with the game being broadcast on ESPN U. The Lumberjacks have lost 3 straight, including a recent road loss to lowly Coppin St. They have lost 6 of their last 7 as a visitor overall, while covering just 2 of their last 6 on the road. This will be SF Austin’s last game of the year as they cannot qualify for the conference tournament. These two met on January 20th, with McNeese dominating in a 79-59 lopsided victory, and it’s hard to see what has changed since. With the Cowboys charging toward a likely NCAA Tournament bid, and the Lumberjacks having no reason to show up, this one could get way out of hand. ROMP!

WRITEUP: 3-3-25: 3* VERY STRONG – Duke OVER 144: Tonight the Duke Blue Devils (17-1) play host to the Wake Forest Demon Deacons (12-6) in an ACC battle where the visitor will attempt to slow down this Blue Devil freight train that is demolishing everything in its path. While it is tempting to consider laying the -20 with red hot Duke, as they seem to win every game by 35+, we see more value in the OVER 144. The Blue Devils are an unstoppable machine that has gone OVER the total in their last 5 games by scoring the following: 100, 110, 106, 78 and 87. They are 5-1 to the OVER in their last 6 HOME games. They AVERAGE 87 ppg at HOME in conference play and seemingly have no qualms about running up the score in the 2nd half versus outmanned opponents. While the Deacs have been known to play some decent defense, they have gone OVER in their last 3 games while giving up 71 to the Irish, 75 to Virginia and 73 to NC St; none of which anyone would misconstrue as the Showtime Lakers. On offense they have scored between 70-78 in 8 straight games which is solid production. Duke won the first meeting 63-56 but that seems to be an outlier. In this return contest Duke will be without two of their top defenders in Tyrese Proctor and Maliq Brown, which should leave openings for Wake as they chase from behind in the 2nd half. And nobody is stopping the Blue Devil offense. Points will be aplenty at Cameron Indoor this evening as this one soars OVER!
